PIPER SKILLMAN led the full interior design for a six-bedroom beachfront home in Seagrove Beach on 30-A, Florida, overseeing a renovation that expanded the residence by 400 square feet and added two additional bathrooms. The project was designed to support extended family living, with generous seating, thoughtful circulation, and materials selected for durability in a coastal environment. Rather than relying on familiar beachfront motifs, the interiors are informed by the surrounding landscape—light, texture, and natural materials—creating a home that feels grounded in its setting without feeling themed. The outcome feels relaxed yet refined—one that accommodates large groups with ease while maintaining a calm, elevated aesthetic suited to long stays and beachfront life.
